Who we are
This website is operated by MDSI Overseas Pvt. Ltd., 22nd Floor, WTC Brigade Gateway, Rajajinagar Extension, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India - 560055. If you have any question about this policy, write to sainath@mdsioverseas.com.
What we collect and why
Contact form
When you use the contact form, your name, email address, phone number, subject and message are put into a WhatsApp message addressed to our business number. The message is only sent when you press Send in WhatsApp. We use the details only to reply to your enquiry. This website does not store them.
Website analytics (only if you accept)
If you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, the device and browser used, and the approximate location. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded.
Google Maps (only if you click)
The map on the Contact page is loaded from Google only when you click “Load map”. Google may set cookies and receive information about your visit once it is loaded, under Google’s privacy policy.
Your cookie choice
We store your Accept or Decline choice in your browser (local storage) so we don’t ask you again on every visit. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Who receives your information
We do not sell your personal information. It may be processed by:
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you send an enquiry through the contact form, under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
- Our web hosting provider, which delivers this website.
- Google, for analytics (if you accept) and for the map (if you load it).
Cookies and local storage
| Name | Purpose | When it is set |
|---|---|---|
| cookie-consent (local storage) | Remembers your Accept/Decline choice | When you answer the banner |
| _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics) | Measures site usage | Only after you accept |
| Google Maps cookies | Provided by Google to display the map | Only after you click “Load map” |
To change your choice or remove cookies already set, clear this site’s cookies and site data in your browser settings; the banner will then appear again on your next visit.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of our business dealings. Analytics data is retained by Google according to the settings on our Google Analytics account.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email sainath@mdsioverseas.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
